Clever Micki Rasing drafted her own pattern for this boat-neck semi-fitted top and the straight skirt with her Pattern Maker Boutique software.

The semi-fitted skirt has an elastic waist and side vents. She lined the skirt with pre-washed China silk so the whole garment can be washed like our easy-care rayon.
